About the Partnership

The City of Palm Desert has taken the lead in energy efficiency and conservation with a pioneering new initiative called Set to Save. Conceived as a groundbreaking model for other California cities to follow, this initiative puts Palm Desert at the forefront of environmental responsibility.

Working side-by-side with Southern California Edison and the Energy Coalition, Palm Desert has formed a unique partnership to implement this innovative program. To help you become more energy-efficient, we're collaborating to offer rebates and cash incentives created exclusively for Palm Desert residents and businesses. The partnership has also formed an extensive plan for education and community outreach.

Set to Save has an ambitious goal: To reduce the city's energy consumption by 30% by the end of 2012. But we can't do it alone.
