Central Air Conditioning

Save up to $1,800 or more on a new central A/C unit

Upgrade to a new, more efficient system-and get up to $1,800 or more. Choose a Super High Performance, a 1 or 2 tier unit, or retire an older functioning unit early and save big. See the rebate application form for more details.

When you replace an old, inefficient unit with a new high efficiency unit, you can save up to 50% on your air conditioning costs and reduce your carbon dioxide emissions to the environment by over 80 pounds per year.

How to Apply

1. Print a copy of the rebate application
2. Purchase and install a qualifying product
3. Complete the application and mail it along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to:

4. Keep a copy for your records. Rebate checks are usually mailed within five weeks.

Terms and Conditions

• This rebate offer is only available to residents of Palm Desert, through the Palm Desert Partnership.
• For a home where you replace two existing systems, you may be eligible for up to $2800 in rebates.
• Rebate eligibility is at the sole discretion of SCE in such cases.
