Print a copy of the rebate application.
Purchase and install a qualifying product
Complete the application and mail it along with a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase to:

Keep a copy for your records. Rebate checks are usually mailed within six weeks.

You must be a resident of the City of Palm Desert to apply for this program.
Equipment must meet or exceed program guidelines, refer to application for complete program terms and conditions.
Qualified pool heater must have a minimum thermal efficiency of 84%.
Heater must not be greater than 400,000 Btus to qualify.
Must replace a pre-existing natural gas pool heater and be used for residential use.
Some Home Owner Associations may qualify for pool heater rebates under our Commercial rebate program, depending on their natural gas rate. (see Business, Commercial pool heater program)
